About Us

As an off-duty firefighter, I am passionate about helping people achieve home ownership in Colorado Springs and the surrounding communities. Each person's situation is unique and full of exciting possibilities.

In June 2007, my Great Aunt Imogene gave me $100,000 as a certificate of deposit. I was determined to be a good steward of the money and not end up like others who had squandered windfalls. For over a year, I focused on learning about money management through books, audiobooks, seminars, and conferences. I considered day trading and multi-level marketing but decided they weren't suitable for me.

Real estate, on the other hand, appealed to me. I bought my first property in 2008 and fell in love with real estate. I enjoy buying neglected properties, making improvements, and seeing the transformation. Working with sellers and buyers to find win-win solutions is my most fulfilling part. Over the past fifteen years, I've turned my seed money into millions of dollars worth of real estate. Sadly, my great-aunt passed away in 2017, but if she’s watching, I hope she’s pleased with my stewardship.
